What is a bootcamp?
You’ve probably heard of it, but do you really know what a bootcamp is? Very popular in recent years, the bootcamp is a new way of playing sports. Originally, this is the name of the U.S. Army training sessions. But do not panic ! We won’t be as rude. Today, the bootcamp adapts to everyone according to their physical means and personal goals. At Lifesquare fitness, the bootcamp is a way to play sports with friends while being challenged and motivated by a professional coach.
Sport and fun
Choose a mix between sport and fun. Together, we will alternate between muscle strengthening and cardio exercises. We will encourage you to exceed your limits without ever abusing them. As a coach, we will accompany you throughout our collaboration. And because it’s more fun with friends, you can challenge and encourage each other.

Our 3 meeting points:
• Fort Carré stadium (for the Antibes, Villeneuve and Juan les Pins area)
• FontMerle pond park in Mougins (for the Mougins, Grasse and Sophia-Antipolis area)
• On the beach at Bocca Cabana (for the Cannes and Mandelieu area)
