Home coaching

For those who do not have much time or who prefer to do outdoor exercises we can go to your home or find yourself in exterior so you coach personally . To work as efficiently as in the gym, we bring all the material necessary to achieve your sports program . All physical exercises will be performed under our control and will allow a coaching session just as complete as in the gym. Being able to practice at home offers great advantages it is on the one hand a saving time considerable on travel but also, the pleasure of doing your sports session in a place that is ours familiar . Playing a sport must be a pleasure and must be done in optimal conditions .
